Mixed Control System of Acrylic FiberS Production Line

Abstract Distributed Control System improves management ability of the system by distributed control and concentrated management. Programmer
Logic Controller suits the condition of plants because of its excellent logic control ability and anti-interference ability. A mixed control
system based on DCS and PLC is used in one acrylic fibers factory. In this system, logic operation of the production line is controlled by
PLC. DCS builds database of the factory munication with PLC and collecting data of meters directly, then forms monitoring pic-
tures and analyzes production state based on the database. This bines both advantages of DCS and PLC, and builds man-
