压力机主要用于金属塑性成形加工。它是众多机械加工装备中很重要的一种。它已经应用到国民经济的各生产部门中。伴随着经济的发展,冲压机本身已经发生了很大的变化,它已经从以前单一的机械压力机发展到包括数控、液压在内的多种压力机。
本次设计的是机械压力机,主要是对压力机的执行机构和传动系统进行设计。在传动系统方面,采用了皮带轮与齿轮的二级减速传动,其中的重点难点是飞轮的储能计算。而执行机构则主要是采用计算机虚拟仿真技术,通过对执行机构的建模仿真进行运动分析。
此次设计的压力机为常规压力机,在中小企业中使用较广泛。

ABSTRACT
The press is mainly used in metal plasticity process. And it is one of most important machinery equipment. It already applied in many production departments of the national economy. With the development of economy, punch press has been already having a very big change in itself, and it already developed from the sole mechanical press to many other kinds of presses, includes the numerical control, the hydraulic pressure.
This design is the mechanical press, and I mainly design the press implementing agency and the transmission system in this paper. In the transmission system aspect, the machine has mainly used the belt pulley and the gear transmission, that is to say, two levels of reduction transmission, and the key difficulty is the flywheel storing putation. But execution agency is mainly uses the Virtual Simulation technology and the movement analysis can be carrying out by it.
The press designed in this paper is a conventional machine, and use widely in SMES.
