随着公路交通建设的迅速发展,对路面的平整度要求越来越高,原有的人工操纵机械远不能满足要求,而在现有工程机械上配备先进的电子智能操纵系统已经成为主流。本文分析了当前控制系统的工作原理和控制方式,重点比较了两种非接触式自动找平控制系统:激光找平技术和超声波找平技术,并且对超声波传感器做了比较详细的分析。针对目前平地机在工作过程中手动整平的精度不高,劳动强度大,提出了基于单片机的自动找平控制系统的控制方案,采用霍尼韦尔公司生产的943系列超声波传感器为路面数据采集器,以8051单片机作为数字控制器的微控制器,完成了自动找平控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。然后对数字控制器进行了系统稳定性测试、抗干扰性能测试和功能测试试验,结果表明系统运行良好,能够明显地提高路面的平整精度。同时基于单片机的自动找平控制系统的研究为进一步开发研究多功能、可靠性高的自动找平控制系统奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the highway traffic construction,it is getting higher and higher to the road surface smoothness original manual control machinery far cannot satisfy the request,but provided the advanced electronic intelligence operating system on the existing machinery already to e the thesis analyzes the control mode of the grader leveling system and the working principle of all kinds of automatic leveling system at home and paring the two key non-contact automatic leveling control system:laser leveling technology and ultrasonic leveling technology,and doing a detailed analysis of the ultrasonic the ground-work in the whole process of manually-not the accuracy,put out the control programme of the automatic leveling control system based on a production of Honeywell Corporation 943 series of ultrasonic sensors for surface data acquisition and the 80C51 MCU as a digital controller of the pleted the automatic leveling control system hardware design and software the experiment,the controller of the system stability testing,performance testing and anti-jamming function tests ale results show that the system is running well,can significantly improve the smoothness of the the study of the automatic leveling control system based on MCU,it is laid the foundation of the multiple function and high reliability automatic leveling control system study.
