摘要
这次的课程设计对于我们非常的重要,因为它不仅是在我们完成生产实习,学完机械制造技术基础和其它专业课程之后进行的,还是将我们所学理论与生产实践相结合得到解决问题和分析问题能力的初步培养,另外也为以后搞好毕业设计、走上工作岗位进行一次综合的训练。
通过这次课程设计使我在很多方面得到了锻炼,比如我已初步具有了制定工艺规程的能力,能综合运用机械制造技术基础和其它课程的基本知识,正确一个零件的机械加工工艺规程,我也熟练的掌握了应用工艺计算方法,正确的进行工艺计算,如工艺参数、切削力、切削功率、切削速度、定位误差、夹紧力等。
因此,这次的课程设计使我学到了不少有用的知识,它是成长道路上不可或缺的,为我以后的工作打下坚实的基础。

This course design to us is very important, because it is not only in pletion produce practice, finish learning a machine manufacturing technique foundation and other profession course after carry on of, still will we academic theories theory and produce bine together to be work out a problem and analysis problem ability of first step development, another also is later make good graduation design, walk top work post to carry on prehensive of train.
Pass this time of course design make I at very various got to toughen, for example I already first step have establishment craft regulations of ability, prehensive usage machine manufacturing the basic knowledge of technique foundation and other course, exactitude a machine of spare parts process craft regulations, I also well-trained of control application craft calculation method, exactitude of carry on a craft calculation, like craft parameter, slice to pare dint, slice to pare power, slice to pare speed, fixed position error margin, clip tight dint etc..
Therefore, the course design this time make me learn not a few useful knowledge, it is growth road top necessary of, is later for me of work the dozen descend
