凸轮轴物流及其关键工装改进设计
摘要
我的毕业设计课题为“凸轮轴物流及中心架的改进设计”。在这里所说的物流是说中心架的改进设计要考虑到车间的物流体系,改进后的中心架要与物流相配套,以适应东风公司的大好发展形式。东风公司发动机厂正在进行物流、现场管理的各项改进活动。他们把中心架的改进设计归纳在了物流方面了。物流是以适应顾客需要为目的,对从产地到消费地的原材料、半成品、成品和与之相关信息的专业保管进行有效的计划、执行、管理等一系列的过程。物流的具体活动一般表现为运输、存储、包装、装卸、流通加工以及相关的信息活动。对凸轮轴的加工工艺过程来说,凸轮轴夹具的好坏对整个生产过程的效率有着深刻的影响。原有的夹具已不能满足生产需要,所以必须对其进行改进。我着重对原来夹具的夹紧系统进行了改进,该手动夹紧装置为气动夹紧装置,并对一些细微环节进行改进。改进后的夹具不但效率得到了提高,而且适应性更强。
