生态工业园区的规划与设计研究

摘要
生态工业园(EIP)是通过能量流和物质流的传递利用等方式把不同企业或工
厂有机的连接起来,形成资源共享、副产品和废物互换、能量和废水的逐级利用
的产业共生体,各成员单位通过共同管理环境事宜和经济事宜来获取更大的环境
效益、经济效益和社会效益。生态工业园区已成为世界范围内工业园区的主要发
展方向,园区内部以及周围社区的规划设计也成为现阶段研究的热点课题之一。
本论文首先介绍了生态工业园区的定义、内涵、特性、优势和发展模式等,
并总结了国内外生态工业园区规划设计的历程和研究成果,了解到现阶段生态工
业园区的规划设计重点主要集中在产业链构建、清洁生产等方面,对园区整体的
设计布局缺乏足够的重视。在此基础上,论文阐述了生态工业园区的研究背景、
研究目的和意义、论文研究的技术路线、技术方法等,结合景观生态学、工业生
态学、可持续发展理论、系统布置设计理论和规划学科的相关理论,辨析了园区
空间规划与产业规划的联系,探索了园区布局设计的意义。
本论文通过从空间布局和系统布置两个角度探索研究了园区规划设计的技术
方法,参考并改进了国外城市生态规划的先进理论一双网络策略(S2N),构建出
完整的园区空间网络,并且借鉴系统布置设计理论(SLP),对园区布局规划进行
耦合,分别从企业类型、企业物流和非链接因素等关系出发,探讨生态工业园区
内企业布局的方式和方法,结合园区内生活区、景观、道路网的布局,总结出具
有普适性的生态工业园区的空间布局模式。最后通过对商州区荆河生态工业园区
的实例分析,从生产区布局、生活区布局、园区景观设计、园区绿地设计和道路
系统的设计等几个方面论证了本论文对于指导生态园区规划设计的可实施性。

Abstract
Eco-industrial park (EIP) is an industrial symbiosis of waste management and
recycling resources to improve efficiency. It links the factories and enterprises in
proximity to each anically, which allows the sharing of resources, the
exchange of waste, by product, and the utilization of waste water and energy. The goal
is to maximize the economic, environmental, and social benefit through the joint effort
of all the units within the industrial symbiosis. Nowadays, it is EIP that stands for the
developing tendency of all industrial parks across the world, and its interior designing
and planning has e one of the most focused research area in this field.
This paper offers an insight into Ecological Industrial Parks. It summarizes its
definition, connotations, characteristics, advantages and the development model. It is
acknowledged that based on the experience and research in planning and designing an
