摘要:本文对林业高新技术的发展状况作了总结,指出了当前林业高新技术发展的三大方向。同时分析了林业高新技术产业化的特征,并指出资金短缺会成为林业高新技术产业化的最大障碍。然后,文章对林业高新技术产业化风险投资问题进行了研究,指出了风险投资在林业高新技术产业化过程当中的必要性和可行性,以及应该注意的问题和一些建议。

Develop Venture Capital to Improve the New & High-tech Industrialization in Forestry

Abstract: This article summarized the development of new & high-tech in forestry and pointed the three main trends of it nowadays. Meanwhile the author analyzed the features of new & high-tech industrialization in forestry and argued that the lack of capital will be the central obstacle of the new & high-tech industrialization in forestry. Then author studied on venture capital for new & high-tech industrialization in forestry and explained the necessity and feasibility of venture capital for new & high-tech industrialization in forestry. At last the author put forward some suggestions.

一、林业高新技术发展概况及其产业化特征
科技是第一生产力,高新技术作为科学技术的最前沿,是现代生产力中最活跃的因素,高新技术产业是当今世界经济中增长最快、最具活力和发展前景的行业。将高新技术应用到林业,是目前世界大多数国家和地区林业发展的主流。林业高新技术包括的范围相当广泛,如应用基因工程进行林木新品种的培育和改良技术、林产工业生产中环境污染的生物净化技术,生物肥料与生物制剂技术、运用电子设备和卫星进行林业生产过程控制技术、测报火灾的激光技术和遥感遥测技术、纳米材料技术、节肥节水技术、各类林产品深度加工技术、专家智慧咨询技术、网络资源优化技术,等等。但是,最具代表性的林业
