【内容提要】
作为一个区域发展差异明显的发展中大、结构均存在明显不同。在国际金融危机的影响下,不同地区对外贸易所受到的冲击也不尽相同。首先分析了此次国际金融危机背景下东部、中部和西部出口贸易的整体波动情况,发现不同地区的贸易波动情况存在较大差异,然后从贸易主体、贸易方式、出口市场等方面进一步分析各地区的出口表现,并对差异产生的原因进行了探讨。最后提出针对性的政策建议。
There are significant regional differences in China's foreign trade development. Under the influence of the international financial crisis, the impacts of foreign trade in different regions are also different. This paper first analyzes the overall fluctuation of export in the east, middle and west areas and finds that there are many differences in fluctuations of different regions. Then it concretely analyzes the regional export from trade subject, trade mode, and export market and discusses the possible causes. Finally, this paper puts forward some targeted policy suggestion.

    一、引言
    国际金融危机爆发以来,我国出口贸易受到了巨大冲击,2009年出口同比增速为-%,出现了改革开放以来的首次同比下降。由于我国是一个地区发展差异十分显著的和结构均存在较大差异,国际金融危机给各地区带来的影响也有很大不同。因此深入研究各个地区出口贸易波动的特征和原因,进而制定差异化的区域贸易发展战略,对于保证出口贸
