摘要
火电、核电、石油化工行业中有大量的压力容器、管道和构件,准确评价在役设备材料的脆化和结构完整性,对于保证装置的安全运行具有重要意义。微试样蠕变试验法能够利用尺寸极其微小的试样对服役材料进行失效分析和寿命评估。针对蠕变试验耗时长,试验影响因素多,实验室开发了多头微试样蠕变试验机,可实现多个试样、一种或多种蠕变试验方法同时进行试验。本课题针对该多头蠕变试验装置,重新设计了恒温炉,并基于LabVIEW平台设计专用的位移采集系统和蠕变参数反演程序,实现了多通道位移数据的采集、筛选和存储,并可反演获取材料的蠕变性能参数。

Abstract
In the thermal power, nuclear power, petrochemical industries, there are a lot of pressure vessels, piping ponents operated at high temperature. Accurate assessment on the structural integrity of the equipment in service, is of great significance to assure the safe operation of the device. Small specimen creep test method with a small volume of materials, can be used for failure analysis and life prediction. As creep tests are time-consuming and many factors influence them, multi-sample small specimen creep testing machine has been developed in the lab. It can realize one or more creep test methods with more than one specimens at the same time.
In this paper, the constant temperature furnace in that creep testing machine is redesigned. Meanwhile, based on the LabVIEW software, a appropriative multi-channel displacement acquisition system and creep parameter regression procedure are designed for the creep testing machine. The system adopts multi-channel short interval data acquisition, point by point selection, data homogenization, large capacity data storage and parameter regression.
