近年来,我国的未成年人犯罪已逐渐成为一个严峻的社会问题,未成年人犯
罪数量在逐年上升,犯罪类型渐趋多样化,犯罪性质及恶性程度不断升级。在这
些犯罪的未成年人中,属于单亲家庭的占有很大一部分比例。
单亲家庭中存在的种种问题,使这些家庭的未成年子女的身心健康受到影响,
许多单亲家庭的未成年子女,在社会不良因素的影响下走上犯罪道路,日渐成为
一个严重的社会问题。单亲家庭未成年人作为社会的一个特殊群体,他们的违法
犯罪有自身的特点和深层次复杂的原因。
本文结合单亲家庭未成年人的身心特点,剖析其犯罪的原因,结合中国国情
和单亲家庭未成年子女犯罪现状,以及一些具体案例,对单亲家庭未成年人犯罪
的特点、独特原因进行分析,为保护这些单亲家庭未成年人的合法权利,防止他
们走向犯罪的道路,作者从家庭预防、学校预防、社会帮助、司法对策等方面,
对全面完善我国单亲家庭未成年人犯罪的预防体系提出了自己的见解。

Abstract
Juvenile delinquency has been growing a severe social issue in China in recent
years. mitted by teenagers are increasing year by year and are ing
more diverse and malicious. A large portion of the teenagers are the ones in
single-parent families.
The issues in single-parent families do harm to the teenagers psychologically. With
the influence of social unhealthy factors, many teenagers in single-parent families
commit crimes, which have e a serious problem. As a special group of society,
their crimes have their own characteristics plexity.
Combined with the physical and mental characteristics of the teenagers in
single-parent families, the causes of crime are analyzed in this paper. Based on China's
national conditions and present status of crime, as well as some specific cases, the
characteristics and special reasons of mitted by minors in single-parent
families are presented. To protect the legitimate rights of minors and improve the
prevention system for juvenile delinquency, some suggestions on school prevention,
social assistance and judicial measures are put forward.
