题目:西安市产学研结合技术创新
绩效评价研究
摘要
在知识经济时代,技术创新成为经济发展的原动力。而产学研合作作为一种重要的技术创新形式,受到越来越多的关注。我国也强调要大力推进科技创新,加快建设以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的科技创新体系。推动并加快科技成果转变为经济价值。西安市具有科技优势,但其科技优势长期以来一直与西安市的经济建设相脱离,哪些因素导致了上述结果,这些问题需要我们对产学研结合技术创新做出一个客观的绩效评估。
本文通过对产学研结合、技术创新、绩效评价等概念地剖析,并根据国内外学者专家对产学研结合技术创新绩效评价的研究,以及对西安市产学研结合现状的研究,在遵循指标体系原则的基础上,从投入-产出角度出发,构建了产学研结合技术创新绩效评价指标体系,利用因子分析法,对西安市产学研结合技术创新进行科学评价,对评价结果进行详细分析,得到相应的对策建议。

Performance Evaluation of Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation in Xi'an city
ABSTRACT
In the times of economy-knowledge, technological innovation has e the driving force behind economic Industry-University-Research cooperation as an important form of technological innovation, has received more and more has also stressed the need to vigorously promote technological innovation, accelerate the construction of business-oriented, market-oriented, bination of technological innovation and speed up scientific and technological achievements into economic value. Xi'an city has the advantage of science and technology, but the advantages of science and technology has long been associated with the Xi'an city economic construction phase detachment, the factors which lead to the results, and what are the main factors affecting these issues we need bine technical innovation of the research to make an objective performance assessment.
Based on bination, technical innovation, performance evaluation and other concepts to analyze and, based on domestic and foreign scholars and experts with technical innovation and research performance evaluation studies, as well as the status of Xi'an bination studies to follow the principles of index system basis, from the input - output point of view, to build bination of technical innovation and research performance evaluation index system, the use of factor analysis and cluster analysis, in Xi'an city to conduct scientific research with technological innovatio
