PLC Question
PLC which should pay attention in the application is specially the control device which serves for the industrial production, usually does not need to take any measure, may use directly in the industry environment. But, when the production environment is too bad, the ic interference is special intense, or installs uses improper, cannot guarantee PLC the normal operation, therefore should pay attention to the following question in the use.
First, working conditions
(1) Temperature
The PLC requests ambient temperature when 0~55℃, installs cannot
place under the calorific capacity big part, all around ventilates the radiation the space to be big enough, between the elemental area and the expansion unit must have above 30mm to be separated; On the switch , lower part should have the well ventilated louver, prevents the sunlight direct radiation; If the environment surpasses 55℃, must install the electric fan forced ventilation.
(2)Humidity
PLC in order to ensure insulation performance, air relative humidity should be less than 85% (no Gel).
(3) Vibration
PLC should be far away from the intense vibration source, prevents the vibration frequency is 10~55Hz frequent or the vibration. When use environment inevitable vibration, must take the absorption of shock measure, like uses the absorption of shock rubber and so on.
(4)Air
In order to avoid cor
