摘要
随着高等学校办学规模的不断扩大、办学层次的多样化。现行的高校教学教
务管理模式多数为手工操作,工作效率低,引进信息管理,设计开发了一套教务
管理信息系统(Educational Administration Management Information System)十分必
要。
本论文以云南师范大学教务管理为背景,简析管理信息系统的开发历程和方
法,对教务管理信息系统重点进行了系统分析、系统总体结构设计及部分子系统
的详细设计和成绩管理子系统的程序实现。主要作了以下的研究和开发工作:
1、在管理信息系统的开发历程和方法的简析中,对管理信息系统的发展、系
统分析和设计方法,管理信息系统的开发方法进行陈述和分析。
2、在系统分析中,对教务管理模式、用户需求、教务管理流程进行分析,按
照校、院两级管理模式对系统的组织机构及职能进行划分,并将系统划分为十三
大功能模块(子系统),对各子系统的功能进行了详细分析。
3、阐述了系统的设计目标和原则,分析研究了教务管理处理流程,进行系统
总体结构设计;分析 C/S、B/S 的优劣,采用 C/S、B/S 混合模式——在校园网和
上运行 B/S 结构的系统功能(如学生选课和信息查询等),在校园网上
的虚拟局域网上运行 C/S 的系统功能。
4、对系统功能设计、接口设计和数据库应用设计进行详细阐述。以云南师范
大学成绩管理子系统为例,进行功能陈述、主菜单介绍及功能界面的展现;进行
了学生成绩集体统计前台和统计后台的实现(作为附录)。
总之, 本文通过系统分析和系统设计,并进行程序实现。成功地完成了教务
管理信息系统的研究与开发。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous enlargement of the school management and the
various gradations in the university, most of the current educational
admininistration man uneffeicently, so it is very necessary to introduce
information management and design a set of Educational Administration
Management Informatim System.
The essay is based on the Educational Administration Management of
Yunnan Normal University and analynises the exploring process and
methods of the Management Information System briefly. It lays emphasis
of the system analysis, the whole structure design, the spaific design of
part of the subsystem and the process realization of records management.
It mainly deals with the follwing research and exploring work:
1 、 There is statement and analysis on the development of
Management Inforrmation Sytem, system analysis ,designing methods and
the ways of Management Information System in the brief introduction
about the exploring process and approach of the Management Information
System.
2、It introduces the Educational Administration Management mode,
the user’s needs and Educational Administration proces
