在含有宾语从句的复合句中, 不管宾语从句由哪种句式转变而来, 从句都必须采用陈述语序, 即“引导词+主语+谓语(+其他)”结构。
宾语从句的语序
由从属连词that 引导的宾语从句
由从属连词 whether, if 引导的宾语从句
由连接代词 who, whom, whose, which, what 和连接副词 where, how, why, when引导的宾语从句。

Tips: that 在句中无词汇意义,在从句中
不能充当成分,在口语中往往省略。

Tips: 当句末为与 or not 连用时, 引导词只能用whether 而不能用 if。
I asked him why he smiled.
Can you tell me where you are from?
I don’t know who e.
I didn’t know who he was.
