摘要

轮胎磨边机用于研磨轮胎的胎侧,使硫化在胎侧中的白色橡胶显露,形成胎侧上的白色花纹及文字。
系统控制设计主要采用基于PLC控制,根据工艺要求,系统硬件设计以FX2N-64MR型PLC基本模块为处理中心。输入部分的器件有:传感器(变送器),行程开关,触摸屏,FX2N-4AD转换模块。其相应的功能为:传感器采集温度、压力,经过FX2N-4AD特殊模块转换后送入处理中心,行程开关在工艺过程中承担定位及反馈等功能,触摸屏上设置按钮等来控制系统。输出部分的器件有:FX2N-4DA模块,变频器,电动机,电磁阀,继电器,接触器等。其相应功能为:D/A模块对基本模块送出的数据进行处理后送到变频器;处理中心通过接触器、变频器来控制电机,通过继电器控制电磁阀,然后控制气缸的动作;在触摸屏上显示相关参数(如压力、温度等)及运行状态。软件设计以梯形图为设计基础,设计了自动及手动程序,包括对研磨期间的温度、压力的转化,研磨轮胎计数,运行时间的计算等。
系统经过仿真调试,实现的功能有:温度显示,压力显示,生产计数显示,频率设定,手动运行,自动运行等。

Abstract
Tire grinding machine is used for grinding the tire sidewall, then sulfide in the white sidewall rubber is exposed, so that the sidewall on the white pattern and the text are formed. That is just the automatic control system. 
It’s designed mainly based on PLC. According to the technical requirements, a modules named FX2N-64MR ,which is the PLC basic modules, is used as processing center in the system. And there are the devices which regarded as input: Sensors(Transmitter), Trip switch, Touch screen and FX2N-4AD corresponding functions are as follows: The sensors collect si gnals of temperature and pressure, then the signals are transformed and sent into the processing center by the FX2N-4AD special module. Trip swichs are use to position and feedback in the process mitment. The settings which used for controlling the system pleted by the touch screen. The devices of the output sections are: FX2N-4DA module, inverter, motor, solenoid valves, relays, contactors, etc.. The corresponding functions are: the datas from the basic module are processed by the D/A module and then are sent to the inverter, the motors are controled by the inverter and contactors which are controled by the processing center, the actions of cylinders are according to the states of solenoid valves, which are contoled by the relays. Then the system’s related parameters(such as pressue,temperature,etc.) and the states of running are displayed on the screen.
