摘要
本论题是对液体混合装置的自动控制,实现液体混合装置的自动混合等控制功能。在本设计的梯形图中大量运用定时器和继电器来实现自动控制,在PLC程序设计的基础上结合有关的外围设备形成一个易于工业控制的系统整体,结合易于扩展其功能的原则而设计。本监控系统采用PLC为控制核心,具备自动混合两种液体的功能, 由传感器检测储藏罐中的液面高度,按顺序加入A和B两种液体,搅拌40s后放出混合液体。我们采用世纪星组态软件来实现液体混合装置的仿真设计。
在论题设计中主要进行的是设备的基本机构图,混合装置控制的模拟实验面板图,PLC的选型,外部硬件接线图,以及绘制所要实现的功能图,进而在仿真调试,输出对应的指令表;在世纪星组态软件中设计监控的人机界面,对于储藏罐以及传感器和电磁阀和流动块的属性设置,最后将PLC中的程序同步到世纪星中,进行仿真调试,实现界面的实时监控,以及实时监测。

Abstract
This thesis is the automatic control of liquid mixing device to achieve the automatic mixing of liquid mixing device such as control functions. In the design of the ladder in the extensive use of timers and relays to achieve automatic control, the PLC program design based on bination of the peripheral formation of an easy-to industrial control systems as a whole, in principle easy to extend its functionality and design. The control system uses PLC for the control of the core, with automatic function of mixing two liquids, the sensors detect the liquid level in storage tanks, in order to join the two liquids A and B, mixing 20s after the release of the liquid mixture. Century Star configuration software we use to achieve the simulation of liquid mixing device design.
In curriculum design for the main equipment of the anizational chart, mixing device control panel simulation diagram, PLC selection, external hardware, wiring diagram, and the mapping function map to be achieved, then the simulation debugging, output the corresponding instruction table; star of the century in the configuration software to monitor human-machine interface design, as well as for storage tanks and flow sensor and solenoid valve block property is set, the final program in the PLC will be synchronized to star in the century, simulation debugging interface to achieve real-time monitoring, and real-time monitoring.
