[摘要] 目前,双端供电已成为常用的供电模式,但国内配电网一般采用闭环设计、开环运行的供电方式。在倒负荷或检修时,通过合、解环操作来减少停电时间和停电范围,提高供电可靠性,但合、解环操作必然会引起非故障线路不必要的停电,给用户造成损失。为了更加有效地减少停电范围和时间,提高供电可靠性,增加供电量,可以采用配电网闭环运行方式。采用这种运行方式,可以充分地利用现有的网络资源,使用户获得两个或更多个电源供电,在提高了供电的可靠性的同时,也大大节省了投资。

[Abstract] At present, two terminal power supply has been mon mode. But closed loop design and open loop operation monly used in the domestic work. When load is switched or electrical equipment is maintained, power blackout time and range can be decreased by closing the loop or opening the loop so that the power supply reliability can be improved. But the operation would bring unnecessary blackout of normal line and consumers’ lost. In order to reduce blackout time and range and improve power supply reliability and increase the supplied power, closed loop operation mode in work can be used. In the closed operation mode, work resources could be full of use and it could provide two or more power source t
