摘要

近年来,随着国际经济和贸易的快速发展,国际贸易摩擦日渐增多,这种状况对中国外贸的进一步发展构成了威胁。特别是WTO后过渡期的来临使这一问题更加凸显,迫切需要我们加紧对贸易摩擦的因应策略的研究。从贸易摩擦本身入手,在分析贸易摩擦的内涵与其在WTO后的新特点的基础上,初步提出和探讨了建立和利用有效磋商机制作为中国应对之策的看法。
关键词:贸易摩擦;磋商;对策
Abstract
In the process developing of economy and trade, China is confronting increasingly trade frictions ,which seriously obstacle the development of China’s foreign trade, especially in WTO. To find the real suggestions to solve this problem is of vital importance under this time. This essay analyzes the definition and new features of Chinese foreign trade frictions, then illustrates to establish and utilize a kind of consultation mechanism can be an effective countermeasure to China.
