Abstract: Area of annulus Bohai sea is our country economy development of the third major growth pole, regional financial cooperation is area of annulus Bohai inevitable demand of economic recent years, area of annulus Bohai continuously improve the degree of financial integration. But with the accelerating process of economic integration of area of annulus pared, also need to further strengthen the financial cooperation. The article put forward to strengthen Bohai rim regional financial cooperation proposal.
