随着乙烯行业的不断发展,设备水平不断提高,规模的不断扩大,各种生产
设备和管理方式正朝着负责化、专业化、连续化、大型化的方向发展。但是许多
大型的石化生产企业依然使用着传统的人工记录式设备管理模式,而且由于乙烯
生产设备管理部门多、连续运行周期长的因素,大部分乙烯生产企业都存在各部
门管理流程不统一、资源利用率低下、各类信息收集和反馈慢等问题。本文结合
乙烯公司的实际背景开发一套适合乙烯行业特点的设备管理系统。
本论文首先介绍了本系统的开发背景和意义,然后介绍了所用到的开发工具
及编程语言,接着叙述了系统的体系结构及功能规划,说明了系统的功能模块设
计和数据库设计,其中功能模块按照乙烯公司工作流程,主要设计了包括设备采
购管理、设备的安装与调试管理、设备固定资产的管理、设备的使用管理、设备
的保养管理、设备的润滑管理、设备的检修管理、设备的报批与年检管理、设备
的备件管理、设备的更换与改造管理、设备资料管理的十一个功能模块,涵盖了
设备管理工作大部分工作内容。最后则介绍了系统功能的实现。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of the ethylene industry, equipment levels
continued to increase, the expanded scale, a variety of production equipment and
management methods are moving in the direction of responsible, specialization,
continuous, large-scale development. But many large petrochemical manufacturers
still use the traditional manual management mode of recording equipment, and
ethylene production equipment management department, continuous operation of a
long cycle of factors, most of the ethylene production there are the various
departmental management processes are not uniform, resource slow utilization of
various types of information collection and feedback and slow. In this paper, vinyl
actual background to the development of a suitable equipment management system of
the ethylene industry characteristics.
This paper firstly introduces the development background and the significance of
the system, then introduces the development tools and the programming language,
after that narrates the system structure and the function plan, explains the design of
the system function module and the design of the database, the function module
design mainly includes including procurement of equipment management, equipment
installation missioning management, equipment, fixed assets management,
