摘要
自蔓延高温合成法(SHS),它是利用化学反应的剧烈发热来制取高熔点化合物,尤其是难熔材料、复合材料、功能材料和耐磨材料的新技术。SHS技术具有能耗低、工艺设备简单、产品质量好等优点,是目前一种很有希望的制造材料的技术。
本文系统研究了静态SHS法制备陶瓷内衬复合管,在铝热反应基础上,通过反应物料的不同配比、以及加入不同的添加剂,目的增加陶瓷的韧性,提高陶瓷内衬管陶瓷的致密性。以获得优质的陶瓷内衬复合管。
试验中探讨了装料密度对陶瓷内衬管质量的影响,结果表明,~,陶瓷内衬管的陶瓷层气孔较少,燃烧稳定。
通过实验,在装料密度一定的情况下,加入4%的稀土,可以使陶瓷层的致密性提高;加入4%的石英砂,可以提高陶瓷复合管的致密性、抗热震性。加入4%的SiO2,可以提高陶瓷复合管的致密性和韧性。

Self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS), it is the use of a chemical reaction to the intense heat from high melting pound system, in particular, refractory materials, composite materials, functional materials and wear-resistant materials, new technologies. SHS technology and low consumption, simple process equipment, product quality, etc., is a promising technology to create materials.
In this paper, the static system prepared by SHS ceramic-lined pipes in the thermal reaction of aluminum on the basis of different materials through the reaction ratio, and the addition of different additives, the purpose of increasing the toughness of ceramics, ceramic-lined pipe to increase the density of ceramic . To obtain high-quality ceramic-lined pipes.
Loading tests of the density of the ceramic-lined pipe quality, results show that the loading density of ~ , the ceramic-lined tube of the ceramic layer porosity less bustion.
Through the experiment, the loading density in certain circumstances, adding 4% of rare earth, can make a dense ceramic layer increased; adding 4% of quartz sand, posite pipe can increase the density, thermal shock resistance. Adding 4% of SiO2, can improve the densification of posite pipe and toughness.
