浅谈青少年违法犯罪的成因及对策
摘要青少年是祖国的花朵,祖国的未来,需要给青少年的成长创造良好的社会环境,让他们在家庭、学校、社会各方面的关心和爱护下健康成长。但随着当今社会高科技技术的快速发展与应用,网络与通讯等传媒的空前发展,使得青少年一方面以敏感的心灵感受着时代的快速变化,见多识广,早知、早熟、思维变得相当活跃。近年来我国青少年违法犯罪出现逐年递增的现象,青少年犯罪问题已引起社会的关注。由于未成年人年龄较小,又偏向于早熟,对自身的控制能力不强,极易冲动,加上法制观念淡薄,一旦受到不良信息的影响,很容易就走上违法犯罪的道路。“青少年违法犯罪主要表现在实施抢劫,故意伤害、盗窃、绑架等犯罪行为,并且其行为不计后果,手段残忍,对社会危害极大”。因此,我们需找出其根本原因,制定有效的措施方案,这是我们法律工作者及全社会共同的责任。

Abstract The teenagers are the blossom and the future of our motherland. They need creating a good social environment, families, schools and societies all concern and care for their healthy growth. However, with new technologies rapidly developing and utilized, the development work munication makes teenagers sensitive to the change , they are extensive knowledge of the word ,know earlier, be mature earlier ,thoughts e quite active. In recent years
teenagers’ crime has been increasing in China. Juvenile crime has drawn attention of the society. Because the teenagers are younger, mature earlier and lack of control ability themselves, extremely easy to impulse. In addition they are weak in the understanding of law. Once they get bad the influence of the information, it is easy for them mit a crime. Juvenile crimes mainly include robbery, intentional injuries, pilferage, and kidnappings and so on.
