油菜钵苗排序与输送机构结构设计

摘要:育苗移栽技术可以延长作物的生长期,提高作物产量,对中国的农业生产具有重要意义。然而,到目前为止,由于移栽机械的不成熟,现在育苗移栽仍以人工为主,限制了移栽技术在大田作物上的推广和应用。综观国内外研制使用的多种移栽机,栽植器的投钵频率成了提高栽植速度的瓶颈,是世界性难题。研究开发性能良好的输送、分苗、落苗系统,提高投钵频率已成为农业机械领域一个热点问题。
本设计在总结国内外早地栽植技术和移栽机的发展现状存在问题的基础上,重点对影响移栽机栽植速度的钵苗排队、分苗系统进行了深入分析和研究。为移栽机输送、分钵系统的设计提供了理论依据和新的设计方法。为高性能移栽机的开发打下了一定基础。

The Structural Design of Sorting And Transportation Mechanism about Rape Seedings

Abstract:By prolonging the plant growing time and boosting the yield,Seedling transplant technology has important significance for agriculture product of in ,up to now,for the immaturity of transplant machine,transplant works are almost done by manpower,and limit this technology popularizing and applying to wide area prehensive view on the transplanters of domestic and overseas,the frequency of seedling block dropping es the choke point of advancingtransplanting velocity,is a world the high performance transporting,
metering and dropping system to boost the drop frequency has been a hotspot of farming machine.
This design introduce the present situation and problems of dry land seedling transplantation and transplanter in China, emphatically analyse and research the transporting metering equipment,found the foundation of automatic transplanter for further study.
