摘要
随着现代信息技术的发展,以提高产品加工的生产效率为主的高度自动化和以提高ch产品的质量为主的精密化成为现代机械加工技术发展的两个主要方向。人们对航空机、数控机床、精密仪器和仪表以及各种精密机械设备提出了越来越高的精度要求,X-Y作台是这些设备实现高精密加工的核心部件,对于提高产品的加工质量起着尤为重要作用。
本设计通过伺服系统控制伺服电机经过数控机床进给传动系统包括丝杠螺母副及其支承部件等,即将伺服电机的旋转运动传递为工作台或刀架的进给运动的整个机械传动链。对整个机械传动链进行了系统的设计,涉及到伺服电机的选型,滚珠丝杠副的选型、强度校核及其生产设计中应注意的问题,连接伺服电机和滚珠丝杠副的联轴器的选型与校核,支承件轴承的设计,导轨及机架的设计。通过对工作台机械传动链的系统设计以期满足机床进给系统的定位精度和静动态性能,从而确保机床的加工精度。
