旋挖钻机是一种多功能、高效率的灌注桩成孔设备,被广泛应用于水利工程、高层建筑、城市交通建设、铁路公路桥梁等桩基础工程的施工。桅杆作为旋挖钻机主执行机构的重要支撑和受力构件,是旋挖钻机工作的重要组成部分,对于保证钻机的正常运行和工作质量起着重要作用。旋挖钻机的卷扬有主副卷扬2种,卷扬的结构采用卷扬减速机,具有卷扬、下放、制动功能,主卷扬应具有自由下放功能,且实现快、慢双速控制。副卷扬用以提升钻具、吊放护筒、下钢筋笼等,是旋挖钻机进行正常工作的辅助起重设备。为了防止副卷扬钢丝绳上升时自桅杆顶部脱出,在桅杆顶部设有防过卷开关,将开关信号引到电磁阀,通过控制先导油路来控制主阀副卷扬联动作,从而控制副卷扬马达的回转。主、副卷扬应配有压绳器。液压系统是钻机的能源转换系统, 也是钻机各职能部件的控制系统。

Abstract
Rotary drilling rig is an equipment which can pour into is multifunction and high drilling rig is widely used in primary engineering buildings that are water conservancy projects,heigh-rise buildings,urban transport constructions,railway,bridges and other road important supports and force structures of rotary drilling rig are masts which are main execution play important roles in assuring rotary drilling rig on control and the working are two kinds of winches in rotary drilling rig .They are the main and the structure of winch uses winch reducer,having winching,moving down and main winch should have moving down freely and it also can bring about two-speed controls -fast and secondary winch uses in promoting drilling tool,hanging pile casing and putting reinforcing secondary winch is accessorial hoisting apparatus when rotary drilling rig is order to prevent the rising secondary winch’s rope from emerging the top of ’s equipped with an over-wind switch on the top of that it can send signal to solenoid pilot actuated valve of the secondary winch is linkaging through controlling previous oilpassage so that can control the turning of the secondary main winch and the secondary winch should have circuit is power source changing transform system of rotary drilling rig and it’s also the control system of each parts’ function for rotary drilling rig.
