摘要
汽车检测技术是伴随着汽车技术的发展而发展的。在汽车发展的早期,汽车检测主要是有经验的专业人员通过眼看、耳听、手摸的方式进行。随着现代科学技术的进步,运用各种先进的仪器设备,安全、迅速、准确地对汽车进行不解体检测,其发展日趋完善,我国汽车检测技术的发展也经历了一个渐进的过程。我国汽车检测技术的发展前景非常广阔,我国与国外的先进水平有较大差距,还需进一步发展提高。汽车检测技术规范化在汽车检测技术的发展中普遍重视硬件技术,忽略难度大、投入大和社会效益不明显的检测方法、限值标准、各种检测仪器和设备的技术条件及计量检定规程等基础性技术的研究。有些检测设备由于缺乏技术规范化,而使检测结果缺乏科学性和准确性在完善检测手段和与硬件相配套的检测技术软件的同时,应重点开展汽车检测技术基础研究。本文从保障机动车安全运行的角度出发,叙述了开展机动车技术性能检测的重要性,介绍了我国机动车检测的现状和存在的问题,剖析了制约我国机动车检测事业发展的根本原因,创新性地提出了对机动车检测业务重新规划的构想和促进该项事业健康发展的建议。
