本文设计的张贵庄污水处理厂,是隶属于天津市中心城区六大排水系统中,
最后一座大型污水处理厂,是关系天津市东丽区经济发展和环保水平的重要工
程。考虑到天津市是一座缺水城市,工业发展使得有限的水资源不断污染,加上
地区性的水资源分布不均和周期性干旱,导致水资源日益短缺,在张贵庄污水厂
工程的基础上,对城市污水进行处理回用,同步建设了张贵庄再生水厂。两座大
型市政设施的建立,对天津东丽区的经济发展提供了有力保障。
本文充分了解了国内外对城市污水处理和污水再生利用的现状及技术水平。
针对张贵庄系统的实际情况,通过对污水处理厂服务区现状用量、远期用水量和
近期用水量的预测,确定了本污水处理厂的处理规模;通过对再生水厂服务区内
的工业、住宅等对再生水的需求,确定了再生水厂的建设规模。根据本地区污水
综合水质的实际调查,确定污水厂设计进水水质;根据当地环保部门要求确污水
厂的出水水质;根据服务范围内用户对再生水水质的需要,结合城市杂用、景观
水体、工业冷却三种水质的要求,确定了再生水厂的出水水质标准。本文详细分
析了污水进水中污染物构成,介绍了针对各种污染物的去除工艺,并对目前常用
的几种深度处理技术及组合进行了比较,选定了两种适合于本厂的水处理工艺:
MBR+RO 工艺和高效 AO+CMF+RO 工艺。从工程总投资、运行管理的方便性和
经济性、工艺运的可靠性、占地面积等方面进行比较,最终确高效 AO+CMF+RO
为该厂污水+再生水处理工艺。本文最终论证了张贵庄污水处理厂和再生水厂采
用高效 AO+CMF+RO 处理工艺的技术路线,适合该地区、该厂实际情况,技术
先进、经济实用、安全可靠,具有可行性。

ABSTRACT
This paper describes the last WWTP—Zhangguizhuang which belong to one of
the Six drain system of is very important projection in Tianjin Dongli
is short of water and the industry has polluated water
distribution of water resources and periodic drought has lead to increasing water
