文档介绍:低氧环境、雌二醇及睾***对红细胞的生成调节的影响【摘要】目的:观察低氧环境、雌二醇及睾***对家兔红细胞的生成调节的影响。方法:选择健康的成年雄性与雌性家兔各16只分别分成四组,每组4只,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。对试验Ⅰ组不给予任何处理,作为对照组;试验Ⅱ组用纱布分别捂住家兔的鼻腔与口腔持续30秒,制造低氧环境;试验Ⅲ组分别为家兔注射雌二醇1mg/kg;试验Ⅳ组分别为家兔注射丙酸睾***1mg/kg。对每一组的家兔进行显微镜记数法测定红细胞数。结果表明:在正常情况下雄性家兔的红细胞数高于雌性家兔;在雄性家兔中,低氧刺激、注射丙酸睾***过后,%%,差异极显著(P<),注射雌二醇后,红细胞数略有减少,差异不显著(P>);在雌性家兔中,低氧刺激、注射丙酸睾***过后,%和53%,差异极显著(P<),注射雌二醇后,红细胞略有减少,差异不显著(P>)。结论:低氧刺激和注射丙酸睾***能促进家兔红细胞生成,注射雌二醇能抑制家兔红细胞生成。【关键词】红细胞;低氧环境;雌二醇;睾***;生成调节TheInfluenceofProductionRegulationonRedBloodCellsundertheHypoxiaEnvironment,EstradiolandTestosteroneCollegeofVeterinaryMedicalof2005HuangshiyuinstructorHutingxiuAbstract:Purchasedgrown-upmaleandfemaledomesticrabbits16eachinSichuanagriculturalmarket,observedtwoweeks,allrabbitswerehealthy,,separately,4foreachgroup,namedgroupⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ.InthegroupⅠ,wedidn’tgiveanydisposition,astheblankcontrolgroup;InthegroupⅡ,wecoveredrabbits’nasalcavitiesandtheoralcavitywiththegauzesfor30seconds,tomakehypoxiaenvironment;InthegroupⅢ,weinjected1mgofestradiolintoeachrabbit,respectively;InthegroupⅣ,weinjected1mgofpropionicacidtestosteroneintoeachrabbit,,certainincreaseinredbloodcellsproductionwerecausedinthehypoxiaenvironmentgroup(groupⅡ)andintheinjectedpropionicacidtestosteronegroup(groupⅣ),%%,respectively,thedifferencewasextremelyremarkable(P<).Inthefemalerabbits,certainincreaseinredbloodcellsproductionwerecausedinthehypoxiaenvironmentgroup(groupⅡ)andintheinjectedpropionicacidtestosteronegroup(groupⅣ),%and53%,respectively,thedifferencewasextremelysignificant(P<).Afterinjectingestradiol,thenumberofredbloodcellswasreducedslightly,butthedifferencewasnotsignificant(P>).Keywords:redbloodcell;hypoxiaenvironment;estradiol;testosterone;product
