变频调速异步电机优化电磁设计

摘要: 为抑制变频电源的高次谐波对变频调速异步电机的影响,提出从定转子槽配合的优化选择、转
子槽形及气隙的优化设计、建立电机模糊自适应设计模型这几个方面进行变频调速异步电机的优化电磁设
计。为提高现有变频调速异步电机电磁设计软件的实用性,利用 V isual Basic 6. 0开发出一种变频调速异步
电机的优化电磁设计软件,完成了一台 11 kW 变频调速异步电机的电磁设计。设计结果表明,所设计的电机
性能好,提出的优化电磁设计方法是可行的,开发的电磁设计软件输出性能良好,能够达到设计要求,具有实
2用性。

Abstract: In order to restrain the influences of higher harmonic of the variable frequency source to variable fre
quency and speed regulation asynchronous motor, Op timal ic design method of variable frequency and
speed regulation asynchronous motor, such as op timal stator and rotor slot matching, op timal design of rotor slot type
and airgap, constructing variable frequency and speed regulation motor fuzzy self adap tive design model are p resen
