文档介绍:第卷第期2011年月辽宁工业大学学报(自然科学版)Journal ofLiaoning University ofTechnology(Natural Science Edition) 浅析转向架防腐厚涂层强辐射固化工艺及设备设计于喜年,赵月红,刘军(大连交通大学机械工程学院,辽宁大连116028) , Oct. 2011 摘要为解决转向架防腐厚涂层固化问题,依照相关标准和规范,对防腐涂层厚度作出规定,要求总干膜厚度为250μm左右,并对腻子的刮涂重量限制在以内,对转向架的焊接质量提出了更高的要求:分析了转向架防腐厚涂层涂覆、固化工艺以及高速动车转向架专用防腐涂料的最优组合,有利于涂层强辐射固化工艺设计和工艺过程安排:短波辐射加热器为涂层固化的关键部件,采用抛物面与椭圆面组合的特殊结构设计,更有利于深层定向辐射,使防腐涂层的底部溶剂迅速挥发,增强了涂层的附着力,尤其适合轮对轴的厚涂层固化要求:强辐射固化设备参数化设计及虚拟装配,为不同厂家相关产品防腐涂层固化设备设计提供了快捷便利的参考。关键询:转向架防腐:辐射固化:漆膜破损:石英玻璃:电化学腐蚀;铜包铝中图分类号文献标识码B文章编号Design of Bogie Anti-corrosive Thick Coating Intense Radiation Curing Technology and Equipment YU Xi-nian, ZHAO Yue-hong, LIU Jun (School ofMechanical Engineering, Dalian Jiaotong University, Dalian 116028, China) Key words: bogie anti-corrosion; radiant curing; film broken; quartz glass; electrochemical corrosion; copper clad aluminum Abstract: In order to solve the problem on bogie anti-corrosive thick coating curing, then the thickness of anti-corrosion coating 250μm or/about and the thickness of general dry film and 5~8 kg limited of scraping pu句weight were required in accordance with relevant standards and specifications, as requlated with anti-corrosive thickness. Therefore, the still high quality on welding bogie was proposed and reguested. Analysis of bogie anti-corrosion thick coating paint, curing technology and bination of special anti-corrosive coatings on the surf
