基于 MODBUS通信的
空压站 PLC变频调速控制系统的设计

摘要:介绍了南车四方机车车辆股份有限公司动力分厂空压站使用 PLC、变频调速技术改造原控制系
统的设计方案,包括控制系统的硬件设计、程序设计和触摸屏的组态设计等。三菱 FX系列小型 PLC通
过 MODBUS通信可以控制 ABB大功率变频器 ACS800的启停、给定参考速度,并可以读取变频器的主
要运行参数。通过现场传感器采集的测量信号可以进行模拟量闭环模糊 P ID调节,可实现空压机的恒
压供气和空压机机组温度的测量及控制。

Abstract: By analyzing the technology transform demands and control p rincip le of the p ressor station, a
detailed design p lot of p ressor station control system based on FX serial PLC, inverter and MODBUS
communication is introduced, including hardware design, p rogram design, munication realization, etc.
Through munication the high power ABB ACS800 inverter can be controlled by the M itsubishi FX
series PLC. Meanwhile, the main running parameters of the inverter can be read back to PLC. The automatic ad
