摘要:本文研究了几种绝缘材料和绝缘结构的电性能,利用高频脉冲绝缘测试仪器分析比较了其耐电晕性能,结果表明:杜邦耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜的耐电晕性能优异于国产聚酰亚胺薄膜,耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜绝缘结构具有较好的耐电晕性能。

Analysis of High Frequency Corona-resistant Property of Insulating Materials and Systems

Abstract: In this paper the electric properties, especially the high frequency corona-resistant property, of several insulating materials and systems were investigated. The effects of the factors such as temperature on the high frequency corona-resistant property of several insulating materials and systems by high frequency impulse insulation tester were the subject. It turned out that the high frequency corona-resistant property of Dupont PI film exceeded the homemade PI film. And furthermore by analysis parison of the corona-resistant property, the results that PI film insulating system high frequency corona-resistant property exceeded other several insulating systems .

1 前言
随着电力电子技术的发展,变频调速技术,特别是交流变频调速技术得到了完善和提高,是交流变频调速电机得到了广泛应用。但由于在变频调速过程中的高频、高压的谐振电压脉冲易引起绝缘中局部放电,缩短了变频电机中的使用寿命。为了延长变频电机的使用寿命,研究人员曾提出了3种解决方案:第一,缩短变频器与电极之间电缆的长度以降低过充电压;第二,增加电磁线绝缘层厚度,并在线圈两端接口和不同相间增加额外的绝缘材料;第三,使用具有耐电晕腐蚀能力
