【摘要】 mm两种角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障手术对白内障硬核术后疗效的影响。方法将200例(200只眼)年龄相关性白内障患者,,行角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术,比较两组术后视力、超声乳化时间、手术时间及并发症等情况。结果两组术后l周、1个月、3个月最佳视力及手术时间、III级核超声乳化时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>)、并发症差异无统计学意义(P>),(P<)。结论在白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术中, ,均是一种安全有效的手术切口。

[Abstract] Objective pare the es of coaxial mm small corneal limbus-incision with conventional coaxial small incision on hard nucleus cataract surgery. Method A randomized study was conducted on 200 patients with age-related cataract: coaxial mm small-incision cataract surgery was performed in 109 cases(109 eyes) and coaxial mm small-incision cataract surgery(91 eyes). The visual acuity plications after surgery, effective ultrasonic emulsification time and operation time during surgery pared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference (P>) on the best corrected visual acuity at intervals of 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after surgery, operation time, ultrasonic emulsification time of nucleus III plications.
