如今的世界是对外开放的世界,经济全球化和区域经济一体化已经成为世界经济不可逆转的潮流,进出口贸易推动着一个国家或地区的经济快速增长。新疆近几年的发展是大家有目共睹的,新疆地处欧亚大陆腹地,东与祖国内地相连,西与周边八国接壤,向西开放的地缘区位优越,是我国向西开放的重要门户,研究其进出口贸易与经济增长关系意义重大。它的地形和环境有一定的制约性,也有一定的特殊性,特定的地理区位,使新疆历史发展呈现出鲜明的多名族并存与融合,多种文化兼容与并蓄的特色,正是这样的地理环境和特色给新疆对外贸易的发展创造了条件,但是与此同时也存在着滞后性和一定的不利因素。新疆经济的发展和对外贸易的发展是很多因素造就的,本文就这些方面老进一步证明对外贸易对新疆经济发展有着重要影响,就此提出我个人的见解和看法,并提出一些合理的措施。

Abstract
Todays world ia opening world, economic globalization and regional economic integration e a irreversible trend pf the world economics, emport and export trade drive the world and regions econimic growth. Xinjiangs’ recent developing is obviously increased. Xinjiang is located in middle east asia, east was connected with mainland, west was connected with eight countries, west was superior for opening to other countries and the key of the western has certain area limitation, also has meliority, and particular geografic location make Xinjiangs history e more colourful and variety. Due to the distinguishing feature and geografic location created the condition to increasing the Xinjiangs’ trade, also it has some kind of hysteresis quality. The economic development of xinjiang and the development of foreign trade is many factors made. This article on these aspects of foreign trade on old further proof in xinjiang has an important influence on economic development. About this I put forward some of my views and explanations.
