客户关系信息管理系统的设计与实现
摘要
随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机在企业管理中应用的普及,利用计算机实现企业客户的管理也势在必行。本系统结合某公司实际的客户管理的情况,经过实际的需求分析,采用功能强大的DELPHI7做为开发工具而开发出来的单机版客户管理系统。
整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发,完成客户管理的全过程,包括数据输入(部门管理、来源管理、区域管理、服务项目、客户管理、消费登记、部门评价等功能)、信息查询(用户查询、区域查询、消费查询、服务查询、累计消费、部门评价等功能)、报表输出(信封打印、客户报表、交易记录、服务报表等功能)管理工作。经过实际使用证明,本文所设计的客户管理系统完全可以该公司客户管理方面的需要。
