摘要
近年来,火电厂对节能降耗的需求日益迫切,对火电厂的用电设备进行改造
成为节能的重要方法之一。高压变频技术的发展为节能提供了先进技术。本文认
真分析了合肥二电厂凝结水泵的运行情况,比较了凝结水泵的节能改造方法,设
计凝结水泵变频改造的方案,对 1 号机组的凝结水泵进行了变频改造。
本文主要工作如下:
1、分析了合肥二电厂凝结水系统的配置和运行参数,进行节能估算,设计
新系统的运行功能。
2、分析了合肥二电厂 6kV 厂用电系统的运行方式及负荷分配,设计变频装
置的各项技术参数。
3、分析了合肥二电厂热控系统的架构,结合控制系统的硬件结构、站的功
能分配和模件特性,进行改造项目的 DCS 回路设计。
4、选择罗宾康高压变频器,并根据功能设计,进行电气一次回路和 DCS 回
路的改造施工。
5、在首次改造实施后,分析运行数据,对控制策略进行再优化,进一步提
高经济性和安全性。
6、针对运行现状,展开运行分析,探讨新的控制思路和新的运行方式。
按照设计方案,合肥二电厂凝泵变频项目已正常运行,取得了明显的节能效
果,凝结水系统的安全性得到了很大提高。该项目的成功也为变频改造在合肥二
电厂的推广起到了示范作用。

Regulation Renovation of Condensate Pump in Hefei
Power Plant
ABSTRACT
These years, with the exigent demand of energy conservation in power plants,
rebuilding power plant’s electro-equipment has e one of the most important
means of energy conservation. The technology of high-voltage frequency conversion
has been widely used in the field of energy conservation. The dissertation makes an
operational analysis of the condensate pumps in Hefei Power Plant, compares all
kinds of energy conservation means about condensate pumps, and makes a
reconstructive design for this kind of pump, implements the frequency conversion
renovation in the condensate pumps of set of generators.
The major work in this paper is as follows:
1. The collocation and operation parameter of the condensate system in Hefei
Power Plant has been analysed. The operational function of new system has been
designed.
2. The primary electric circuit system and its allotment of charges of the 6kV
service power in Hefei Power Plant has been analysed. The technical parameters
the frequency conversion has been designed.
3. The framework and hardware and module of the DCS system in Hefei
Power Plant have been analysed. The DCS circuit of this reconstructive project has
been designed.
