利用单片机控制技术和变频器直接转矩控制原理对矿井提升机运行过程进行控制,具有控制系统安全可靠、动态性能好、响应速度快、加载精度高、节能效果好等特点,对现有矿井提升机的改进及设计高性能的矿井提升设备提供有效的途径。本项目采用变频控制技术、结合单片机控制原理(即运用数字信号处理器这种可编程的单片机,选取专用电机芯片TMS320F240, 利用变频器中的逆变器的脉冲宽度调节(PWM)输出方式控制电机的控制从而控制整个提升机的运作)对提升机交流拖动系统运行过程进行控制,在加速和爬行阶段实行变频控制,当矿井提升机处于减速下落过程中,采用带测速负反馈的闭环系统,,并为矿井的设计提供一个新的思路和更广阔的研究空间。

Abstract:
