摘要: 目的:观察灭螺有机复合肥料的灭螺效果,探讨其预防血吸虫病的意义。方法:分2个实验组:灭螺有机复合肥1, 灭螺有机复合肥2。5个对照组:氯硝柳胺、溴乙酰胺、有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2及清水。将活成螺装入尼龙布袋(每袋20只),每种浓度4袋,清水、有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2各4袋,浸泡1d、2d、3d、4d、各取1袋,用清水冲洗干净,经2d恢复期饲养,最后用敲打法鉴定死活。结果:灭螺有机复合肥料1×10-6浸杀4d、2×10-6浸杀3d、钉螺死亡率达100%。而氯硝柳胺及溴乙酰胺2×10-6浸杀4d、4×10-6浸杀4d、8×10-6浸杀3d钉螺死亡率才达100%。在相同时间内,灭螺有机复合肥料的4种浓度的灭螺率,分别比单纯氯硝柳胺、溴乙酰胺4种浓度的灭螺率高。在相同时间内,灭螺有机复合肥料的4种浓度的灭螺率,分别与有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2比较,差异均有显著性(P均<)。结论:灭螺有机复合肥料有显著的灭螺效果。

An Observation of the Molluscicidal Effect of the pound Fertilizers

Abstract: Objective:The study is to observe the molluscicidal effect of the pound fertilizers. Method:The study has 2 experimental groups using anic fertilizer 1and anic fertilizer 2 and 5 control groups using niclosamide, bromoacetamide, pound fertilizer 1, organic fertilizer 2 and clean water 2. 20 live elanias have been put into each nylon bag ,and each consistency has 4 bags respectively soaked for 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 that, elanias have been washed with clean water, recovered and fed for 2 days, and finally beaten in the identification of life and death.
