汽车由最原始的代步方式转变为生活必需品,现在又开始由生活必需品向享受生活的层面过渡了,有车族在户外需要使用的电子设备越来越多,例如汽车音响、车用DVD、车用冰箱、手提电脑、手机充电器和各种电源适配器。在发达国家车载逆变电源是每辆车必须具备的。据统计,国内配备这种转换器的车辆还不足20%,加之每年汽车销售量居高不下,因而电源转换器在国内有很大的市场前景。
车载逆变电源(又叫电源转换器)可以把汽车蓄电池的12V/24V直流电转变为大多数电器所需要的220V交流电。功率开关把输入的直流电压转变成脉宽调制交流电压,然后利用推挽逆变器和高频变压器把交流电压升高,再用全波整流交流电压转换成直流,最后由全桥变换器把高压直流逆变成所需交流电。电源转换器可作为移动交流电源在车辆、船舶上使用,也适合与太阳能电池配合使用,能够方便地为这些电器设备提供交流电。[1]
本文首先介绍逆变技术的概念和分类,在详细讲解了SPWM控制原理,接着在对逆变技术中开关器件的选择及控制策略的简介,最后通过对TL494芯片的学习设计了一款车载稳压逆变电源[2]。

ABSTRACT

Car travel by the most primitive way into necessities, and now start from the basic necessities of life to enjoy the level of the transition, and car owners to use in the outdoors more and more electronic devices, such as car stereos, car DVD, car with a refrigerator, puter, cell phone charger and a variety of power adapters. In developed countries, car inverter power supply is per vehicle must have. According to statistics, domestic vehicles equipped with this converter is less than 20%, coupled with high annual vehicle sales, so the power adapter in the country have great market prospects.
Car inverter (also known as power converter) can change car battery 12V/24V DC required for most electrical 220V AC. Power switch to the input DC voltage into AC voltage pulse width modulation, and then use push-pull inverter and high frequency transformer to AC pressure is increased, then full-wave rectified AC voltage into a DC, and finally by the full-bridge converter to the required high voltage direct current into alternating current reverse. Power converters can be used as mobile AC power supply in vehicles, ships use, also suitable for use with solar cells and can easily provide AC power to these electrical equipment.
