硅灰自密实高性能道面混凝土性能研究

要: 针对机场道面混凝土的技术要求和自密实混凝土的特点,通过掺入优质硅灰和高效减水剂,配制
出了适用于道面工程的自密实高性能道面混凝土,并对硅灰自密实道面混凝土的工作性、力学性能和抗冻耐久
性进行了试验研究,探讨硅灰对混凝土性能改善的机理。结果表明:硅灰的掺入显著提高了混凝土的工作性、力
学性能与抗冻耐久性,硅灰自密实道面混凝土综合性能优异,满足机场道面混凝土各项功能要求。

PERFORMANCE PAVEMENT CONCRETE

Abstract: Aiming at technical requirements of airport pavement concrete and properties of pacting
concrete, self -compacting high performance pavement concrete (SCHPC) for pavement projects Was confected
miXing silica fume and Water-reducing agent, Workability, mechanical properties and freeze resistance durability
of SCHPC Were tested, and mechanism of silica fume on SCHPC performances Was also analyzed. Results shoW
that Workability, mechanical properties and freeze resistance durability of SCHPC can be improved markedly by
miXing silica fume, the performances of SCHPC are eXcellent and meet functional requirements of airport
pavement concrete.
