壳聚糖缓释膜的制备及性能研究

摘要: 以壳聚糖为原料,采用流延法制备了壳聚糖膜,并与戊二醛交联所制备的膜进行了简单的性能比较,
得出实验条件为:壳聚糖质量分数为 1 % 的溶液,交联温度为 70 ℃以上,交联时间 1 h 以上,自然晾干或 80 ℃烘干,
成膜比较好。结果表明,壳聚糖膜有一定的抗拉强度(最高可达到 9 .92 M Pa )和较好的断裂伸长率(最高可达到
11 .75 % ) ,没有耐酸性。而与戊二醛交联后壳聚糖膜的抗拉强度能达到(96 .64 M Pa )和断裂伸长率能达到
(10 .92 % ) ,耐酸性能也得到了大大提高。
