膨润土及其产品除氟试验研究

摘要:本文主要研究了辽西某膨润土的性质及其开发的产品钠化膨润土、活性白土、白炭黑在不同搅拌时间下的除氟试
验,通过试验得出搅拌时间对各种除氟剂的除氟效果影响基本相同,都在2h左右达到吸附平衡;各产品的除氟效果依次为白
炭黑>活性白土>原矿>钠基土,并从机理上分析了该试验结果。

Study on Removing Fluorine Experiment Used the Bentonite and Its Products

Abstract: This paper mainly studied the properties of bentonite in Western Liaoning and removing fluorine experiments of its
productions that are sodium addition bentonite, activated clay, white carbon under different stirring time. Through the experiment we
obtained that the effort of stirring time on different fluorine-removal agent are almost same, reaching adsorption equilibrium in 2 hours.
The defluorination effect of each product was in sequence of carbon-white >activated clay>raw ore>sodium clay. And the experimen-
tal results were also analyzed by mechanism.
