近年中国石油海运行业发展的主要问题及对策分析

摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的快速增长,我国的石油需求量越来越大,石油对外依赖性越来越高,2012年石油对外依存度高达58%,石油运输安全对我国经济生活的影响力越来越大,我国石油海运行业的稳健发展也日益重要。本文通过分析我国目前的石油供需情况,油轮状况,石油运输航线安全情况,船员素质四个方面上存在的问题,并在此基础上进行了解决问题的对策分析。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy, China's oil demand es bigger, oil dependence is more and more high, 2012 foreign oil dependency is as high as 58%, oil transportation safety influence on China's economic life is growing , the stable development of oil shipping industry in our country is also increasingly important. By analyzing the existing problems of country's oil supply and demand situation, oil tankers, oil transportation route security situation and the crew quality, this study makes some measures to solve the problem.
