摘要:基因技术的产生使人类的生活发生了巨大的改变,由基因技术带来的转基因食品也越来越多地融入了我们的生活。与此同时,基因食品的安全性引发了一系列广泛的思考。为了让给多的人了解并正确对待转基因食品,本文主对人类的影响,最终得出要科学的看待转基因食品,要通过比较转基因食品的利弊和介绍转基因技术的发展,并从人文的角度探讨转基因食品

前言:一般而言,消费者认为传统食品是安全的。当采用自然方法开发新食品时,食品的某些现有的特征可以正面或负面的发生变化。对于转基因食品,大多数国家认为特定评估师必要的,并且已建立特定系统,严格评价与人类健康和环境有关的转基因生物和食品。而对于传统食品一般不开展类似评价。因此,对这两类食品,在投放市场之前的评价程序方面存在显著差别。
