摘要
为了适应新世纪铸造产业的发展要求,开发出一种高质、高效、节能、环保的新型粘结剂已经迫在眉睫,英国Foseco公司在1989年推出一种新工艺为CO2硬化碱性甲阶酚醛树脂冷芯盒工艺。其优点是:有毒成分含量低,环境污染小,硬化工艺简单,生产效率高等。然而,目前在国内它还存在着热稳定性不够高的缺陷。本实验旨在制备出一种高粘结强度且无污染各方面性能优异的酚醛树脂。
概括本课题的内容具体可分为几部分:
首先,对合成机理进行了初步的分析与探讨,基本确定苯酚、甲醛、催化剂的配比范围和基本合成工艺。合成一批酚醛树脂,为以后的粘结剂配比实验做好准备。
其次,CO2气体硬化酚醛树脂粘结剂的制备是本文的重点,以强度为主要考察指标。粘结剂由酚醛树脂、KOH、硼砂、硅烷组成。通过单因素试验,分析各因素对树脂粘结剂性能的影响,从而确定正交试验的水平和因素,并利用正交试验设计找出了交联剂的最佳配比。并进一步研究了粘结剂的粘结固化机理。
最后,测试了CO2硬化酚醛树脂粘结剂的砂芯的性能,如发气量、溃散性、树脂加入量等。结果表明本研究的树脂粘结剂具有良好的工艺性能。
结论,通过以上实验确定了CO2硬化酚醛树脂粘结剂的最佳配比为树脂:KOH:硼砂:硅烷=100:65:24:1。并通过实验证明在此配比粘结剂制作的砂芯具有良好的工艺性能。

Abstract
In order to adapt to the development requirements of foundry industry in new century, developed a high-quality, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, new binder is imminent. UK Foseco in 1989, introduce a new technology for CO2 phenolic resin hardened cold-box process. The advantage is:low content of toxic constituents, environmental pollution, hardening process is simple, high production efficiency. However, there is also present in the country is not high enough thermal stability of the study was prepared by a high bond strength and excellent performance of all aspects of pollution-free phenolic resin.
Summarized the contents of this specific subject can be divided into several parts:
