珩磨头上的油石容易堵塞和磨粒磨损变钝是影响珩磨质量和加工效率的主要原因,所以采用有效的珩磨头修整方法,使珩磨头保持良好的锋利状态和磨削性能是解决工程上一些硬脆材料磨削加工的关键技术之一。本文介绍了在线电解修锐(ELID)技术,对金属结合剂的珩磨头进行电解修锐。并在一定程度上介绍了一般珩磨的特点, 珩磨是一种固结磨粒压力进给切削的精整加工方法,不仅能切除较大的加工余量而且能有效的提高工件的尺寸精度和形状精度、降低工件表面的粗糙度。珩磨主要加工内孔,在一定条件下也可以加工外圆、平面、球面、齿面。珩磨轨迹是交叉网纹,珩磨加工变质层很小能提高工件的使用寿命。珩磨与主轴一般采用浮动连接,符合广整加工的浮动加工原理。
在对ELID磨削原理进行深入分析总结的基础上,本文首先对ELID磨削必备的阴极、阳极电刷等装置进行设计开发,分析了修锐珩磨头ELID专用磨削液,并对其电解成膜特性进行了分析。

Abstract
The main reason affecting the honing quality and machining efficiency is that the rock of honing first is jammed and the grain is wore to obtuse easily. So adopting an Effectual truing method, maintaining the required sharpness of abrasive grits for honing first during grinding is one of the key technologies to realize the grinding of hard and brittle material . In this paper, we introduce the skill craft of ELID. studies bining electrical discharge and mechanical truing for honing first and ELID grinding. Introducing the characteristic of the honing in the sometime, It is a kind of solid knot that honing whet is to process the method when a pressure enter to slice, not only can it cut off bigger process but the amount of remaining and size accuracy and shape accuracy of the ability valid exaltation work piece, lower rough degree of a surface of work. The honing whets to mainly process inside the bore, can also process the outside circle, flat surface, surface of sphere under the condition of certain. The honing whets are to adopt the conjunction with principal axis generally, matching the light processed float.
Firstly, based on analyzing and summarizing the theory of ELID, the cathode And anode brush of the ELID system are designed and developed. By studying on the electrolytic Characteristics and the oxides film growing characteristics of the metallic bonded honing first, the ELID grinding fluid is developed.
