一种矿山由立井提升容器上的导杆式滚轮罐耳。它的底座上有一调整滚轮位置的长方形内架,一外架下端的长方形空腔套在内架上可在一定范围内移动,其配合部位设有滚轮位置调整螺栓和内、外架定位螺栓。外架上端是一槽形结构,槽外一侧设有缓冲装置槽内安装带导杆的轴承壳;导杆空心平行固定于轴承壳壳面两侧,一侧单杆传穿置在与其对应的外架导孔上,单杆与缓冲装置上的弹簧导杆相连使轴承在弹簧作用下在外架槽内直线往复运动。轴承壳上安装轴承和轴,轴的一端固定轮,轮由弹性体实心轮胎和设有防筋带的轮毂整合而成。多组导杆式滚轮罐耳固定在容器上沿罐道运行,为容器提供导向和缓冲,使运行平稳无噪音。

ABSTRACT
A guiding-bar type rolling wheel cage shoe for lifting vessel of mine shaft posed of an oblong inner frame in the substructure for adjusting the rolling wheel,an oblong cavity, being able to move in certain scope of the inner frame ,set in the lower part an outer frame,adjusting bolts for the location of rolling wheels in the connecting part and position bolts for the inner and outer frames,a groove structure on tope of the outer frame out of which is provided with buffer device on one side and a bearing shell with guiding bar which is hollowed and is fixed and paralleled to the bearing bar with single bar on one side punctuating to the corresponding holes in the outer frame. The single bar is connected with bearing and axis on one side of which has a fixed wheel integrated with elastic solid tire and a wheel hub with anti-doffing gluten belt,to move reciprocally in a straight line, and the a plurality of groups of rolling wheel cage shoe being typed of guiding bar is fixed in the vessel to operate with the sliding guide the vessel with orientation and buffering.
