三维虚拟加工环境及其关键技术的研究

Abstract A system arch itectu re of 3D virtualm ach in ing environm en t is p resen ted based on the
analysis of characteristics of virtual m anufactu ring. Its m ain con stituen ts include: componen t de
sign suppo rting 3D modeling and simu lation, modeling of virtual m ach in ing cen ter based on its
assem b ly model, N C code parser and simu lation of m ach in ing p rocess based on triangu lar faceted
model of w o rk p iece. D etails of their imp lem en tation are illu strated. T he p ro to type system of vir
tual m ach in ing environm en t has been developed to realize the in tegrated simu lation of m ach in ing
p rocess of w o rk p iece and to analyze the m ach inab ility of virtual p ro to type part.
