摘要
随着社会的发展与进步,对人们的知识要求越来越高,成人教育作为教育的另一中形式为渴求知识的人们提供了受教育的机会,成人教育学院规模的不断扩大,学生数量的急剧增加,有关学生的各种档案信息也成倍增多。面对大量的信息,学院特别需要专门管理学生档案信息的系统——学生档案管理系统。通过这样的系统,可以规范学生档案及成绩的管理,提高学生档案管理效率,快速查询信息和进行科学统计,减少管理方面的工作量和成本。为了适应这样的形势,我设计了成人教育学生档案及成绩管理系统。
成人教育学生档案管理系统是学院管理学生档案的重要工具,主要包括以下几个方面,学籍管理,课程管理,成绩管理,奖惩管理,系统管理。能够管理学生在校期间的各类档案,能够快速地进行各类档案信息查询,能够对所有档案信息提供报表功能,减少人工的参与和基础信息的录入,具有良好的自治功能和信息循环,减少管理人员,减轻管理人员的工作任务,降低管理成本。
成人教育学生档案管理系统通过Microsoft Visual Basic SQL Server数据库结合应用完成系统开发,成人教育学生档案及成绩管理系统是一个现代化软件系统,它通过集中式的信息数据库将各种档案管理功能结合起来,达到共享数据、降低成本、提高效率、改进服务等目的。
