摘要
资本市场的逐步完善、市场竞争的日益白热化,一方面给企业发展提供了广阔舞台,另一方面势必让企业财务管理面临巨大的风险。上市公司作为众多企业中的佼佼者,其中很大部分存在着各种各样的财务风险,严重影响着公司的持续经营状况及盈利能力,干扰着我国资本市场健康有序发展。如何有效地防范和控制财务风险,是其普遍面临的现实难题和管理“瓶颈”。本文基于对上市公司所面临的各种财务风险类型的综合分析,阐述了上市公司在财务风险控制上存在的主要问题及其原因,对防范和应对财务风险提出合理化的建议,旨在加强对财务风险的监管和控制,切实有效地预测、降低财务风险发生几率,以保障公司在一个持续、健康、有效的轨道运行。

ABSTRACT
Capital market gradually improve, the petition ing more heated, on the one hand, to the enterprise development has provided a broad stage, on the other hand will make enterprise financial management is facing huge risk. As outstanding in many enterprises, panies much of there are all kinds of financial risk, and seriously affects pany's operating conditions and profitability, interfered with the capital market healthy and orderly development of our country. How to effectively prevent and control financial risk is the realistic problem of the widespread and management bottleneck. Based on panies faced by prehensive analysis of the types of financial risk, and then puts forward the pany in the financial risk control of the main problems and reasons analysis, finally put forward rational Suggestions to prevent and respond to financial risk, aims to strengthen the regulation and control of financial risk and effectively predict the risk, to reduce the financial risk, in order to pany in a sustainable, healthy and effective.
